As we mentioned in our website we are serving deliveries within the UAE. Though, we are beginners so we are just focusing to deliver flowers within the UAE instead of other locations. If you want to access outside the UAE then you are responsible to follow the local laws of that location.
You should be 18 years old or elder, and have a legal credit card, with complete authority to use it to place an order to buy our services. If you are less than 18 then consult with your parents and use our services.
Our utmost priority is to deliver the excellent combinations of color, dimensions and specifications to be accurate. However, colors you noted depends upon the resolution of your monitor we cannot promise that your monitor's present of any color will reflect correctly the color of the item sent as it depends upon the resolution of your monitor.
With the passage of time we may change the dimensions, specifications and amount of products displayed on our Online Flower Store without any prior notice. For example, the bouquets are focus to seasonal accessibility of flowers.
We accept orders just for those products available in our online store. If by chance this will happen then our team will call you by using the contact details you place in the order form to tell you about the availability of alternative flowers and their prices or cancel the order and refund you.

You can enter or update your registration details by using "My Account" area of the website. We keep the rights to reject approach to the website, finish accounts, remove or edit content, or terminate orders at our carefulness. If we cancel an order, it will be refundable.
We respect and look after the privacy of all the customers. When you put your order, we gather certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, Email address).
When you placed an order to purchase item, this is an offer by you to us. After receiving your order we will send you a confirmation email to precede your item delivery process.
All prices are listed on the products. Products are invoiced in Dirham (AED) at the current price as the time you place your order. Although we try our best to put the exact pricing, typographical errors or others may take place. If we find out such error in the price of item you ordered, then we will contact you as soon as possible. You have both options either to cancel the order or keep it on working after knowing the correct price.
If your payment will be deducted of the cancelled order then we should refund you as soon as possible.
We are accepting almost all payment methods i.e., Credit Card, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery, Western Union, and Google Wallet. We accept all major credit cards i.e., Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques at the moment.
Electronic receipt or any other way to confirm order is not in our order acceptance policy. We reserve the rights after receipt of your order weather your order is cancelled or not. We may need further verifications before accepting order. We never accept your order until we send you shipping details of the order. Despite the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel your complete order or we deliver less than your ordered, your sole and exclusive remedy is either
a) We will send you a charged amount into your credit card account for cancelled portion or the quantity not delivered (if your already been charged for the order) or
b) We will never charge your credit card for cancelled portion or the quantity not provided of order
If we sent an incorrect item then inform our customer services as soon as possible, though we will arrange the pickup or cancel the order. OR If you want to replace the item in to correct item them let us know we will do it in priority.
If you want to cancel your order then contact our Customer Support Services. We will approach your processing order immediately it’s not always possible to stop an order from being dispatched. If the order is already been dispatched you may return the items to us in as per our Returns Policy (below). Please note once the item will be dispatched by you then you will not be able to cancel the placed order with us nor any extra services accepted out by us (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging and shipping). If before dispatching order will be cancelled then we will return you just item price, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Change of delivery date for perishables should be received 24 hours in advance. Any modify needs received with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge on flowers and 100% charge on ripe products such as chocolate and cake, dates, fruit, etc.
Discount Codes- Offers are only available through our Online Flower Store and also you can get benefit through call order then we will email you the discount offer. Offer is only valid for domestic deliveries within the UAE and is subject to availability, delivery rules and times. Extra charges may apply. Offers cannot be collective, are not accessible on all products and are subject to limits and restrictions. Order should be placed prior to the ending date offered for the discount code.
Rewards and Complimentary Points - Orders that are submitted will direct to rewards points being received for your purchases. These points can be exchanged later on to future orders. You can approach these rewards online through our website or by telephonically. Points are only valid for domestic deliveries within the UAE.
Points never joint with any other promotion or offer. Order should be submitted prior to the ending date provided for the Rewards or Complimentary Points.
